Default Mugen replica

I got a mugen replica muffler off of ebay, it sounds good, it just seems like i dont have the reponse that the stock had. It seems like my car kind of lags now. You guys have any suggestions???

it shouldnt have the same response the stock has. any aftermarket muffler will make you lose some low end torque and hp, and if its a larger piping system then you'll notice this alot more. i do on my 2.5" Megan exhaust

I don't notice any lose on my 2.36 SKUNK2 piping.

I have my HKS Hi-Power and yeah I did lose the low end but it really picks up on mid to high end.

its probably psychological that you did not feel a loss, but if you get a dyno, you'll see it. also your piping is only slightly larger than stock, so you won't feel as large a loss as i did

on in the lower end of the rpm in most cases
with more air flow, you would lose backpressure

So, if the stock has more low end, wouldnt that help me out more in the 1/4 mile?? Anyways lol, yall have been bad ***!!! Thanx!!!!!
