Default HF throttle cable different then Si?

I used to have an Si CRX with a B16 in it, the throttle cable mounted exactly how it should, now I have a HF CRX and Im putting the B16 back in but it seems like the throttle cable is to short or something. Is this true? Do I need an Si throttle cable?
Thanks

i dont know about the hf's but i know for the that the dx and si throttle cables are deffinately different, when i had a d15 dpfi in my car the throttle cable went like the whole way to the front of the engine bay, over the valve cable then back to the tb, where the si go's directly to the tb.

the dx throttle cable is like twice the length as the si one, but the si and hf should be the same considering that they are both mpfi...

Throttle Body Placement

i was always under the impression that the hf and Si throttle body and all that was all the same, but it seems as if i am wrong, i looked up the parts numbers and they are different... they look the same though... to me at least...

im assuming those numbers you have listed are parts numbers... sorry i assumed they were the same... didnt have to treat me like i was 5 though... also im not a master mechanic so i bearly know what "throttle body placement" even means...

I found out they were different first hand when I did my MPFI swap and my junkyard HF cable was a mile too short.

Not to thread hijack, but do you have measurements on those cable lengths? I just did a D15B swap in my CRX (was a D15B7 in there) and the cable seems like it is too long. Thanks!
