STUPID Q

Hey this sounds noob but does anyone know where you can download the CROME program/software Free!!! Or is it even free!!! Any input IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Hey in your opinion whats better crome or my greddy e-manage!!!! I havent yet installed my turbo but im about too its sitting here at home!!! Its A GREDDY T04-15G!!! THANX FOR ANY INPUT YOU GUYS ARE GREAT
