Default CAR WONT START ***NEED HELP***

i just picked up a stock 98 civic dx coupe for 500 immaculate condition problem is it does not want to start but it cranks
1.i checked all my fuses and it seems good
2.i checked my dizzy and it works (tried it on my friends car)
3.i check my fuel pump and it works (tried it on my friends car)
4.i cracked open the lines going to the fuel rail theres fuel going through
5.i checked my injectors theres no fuel going through?
6. i checked my main relay and it clicks but after a while it starts to make weired noises sounds like its sparking or you can say flickering?and when i play with the wireing going to the dizzy my main relay again makes weired noises so now im guessing somthing is wrong with the main relay harness or probly ground?

any suggestions on whats wrong with my car ? THANKS.....

you answered your own question. meter the output from the main relay to ensure power is being outputted. if there is power out on the correct terminal, check the injectors to see if they are getting power to fire.

do the basics, pull the plug wires and look for spark. pull the plugs out and check for fuel inside the cylinder. check the plugs for fouling when they are out.

if you can get your hands on a main relay for your car to test out, do it. like your friend said, check your grounds!

Maybe also try replacing the plug wires or at least inspect them for cracks in the insulation.

Had a similar problem due to leaky plug wires...
