well i just finally baught a camera so i dont have any before or during pics but heres how she sits now.

so far:
sanded and sprayed satin olive drab green
99ls swap
obdo b16 tranny
hard intake piping on stock airbox
drop in k&n
ebay ceramic coated header
b&m short throw shift kit w/ energy poly bushing
sprint lowering springs
cheapo ls wheels
textured moldings
gangster stickers

Satin paint comes out surprisingly good. It doesn't show all the imperfections in the spray pattern like a flat would, yet it isn't hard to do because it isn't shiny.

Of course it isn't show quality...

Actualy Flat paint when done with correct prep looks rather good



yes that is paint dust on the roof

yea i rattle canned it. its italian olive satin krylon. and i used dupli-color truck bed coating on my moldings for that euro textured look(im a vw guy)

Looks real good.


You should respray your windshield wipers black. Mine were all faded like yours and once i painted them black again it looked 10x better.

Love the simplicity of the car and the paint color. I think it would look badass with some red/black rims and red pinstriping on the door/bumper moldings. Stickers
