Anybody hear anything about it? Ive been told that the track was justt sold to a real estate developer. I hope its just a rumor. It would be a shame. Maple Grove is one of my favorite tracks.

still alot of other nhra events schedued there for 07 and no news annoucments about it anywhere. did you have a good source ?

where's Rado? he'd probilly know since he familys company is a track sponcer or once was.

 

I can't see one of the nations most popular ,record holding, top fuel tracks being built on......I hope not atleast

 

I havent heard anything about this, but it would be ashame ifs its true..That is one of my favorite tracks to race on..

I could see the farmland around the Grove being sold to developers, developers puts up shitty houses, people knowingly move next to racetrack, people complain about noise and gets the track shutdown.

That really does seem like a rumor. Its one of the best tracks in the country

that sounds like some **** they would do. there should be a taskforce or watchdog org. for racers, tracks so that nothing like that can happen. A developer must notify investors and potential clients that they are moving near a track and their will be a noise nusaince(sp) and they agree to live there without complaining.

 

never raced there but ive been to a powerade event there 2 years back great track it would be a shame if this did happen

 

One great facility. Everything is in great shape. How could this happen, if true?
