need some help

just wanted to know if any one had some tips on how to get more power out of my 98 civic dx, without spending alot of money??? anything would be nice...

a "lot of power".. Depends what you think a lot is.. Get a CAI for 4-7whp increase.. get a turbo for ~ 70whp diffy, but that's gonna run you at least a grand for good parts.
