where in the "bay area" is the best place to tune d-series?
What motor...OBD? What application? what set-up? what purpose? that should help to narrow it down

Its not better, it does most the same things for less $.
I would use Hondata, but either will work just fine.

I would talk to different tuners and ask questions.....get the answers your looking for and go with some one you feel comfortable with....
