im jus tryin 2 figur out where is the best place 2 tune d-series in the bay?
and how much $$ im going 2 need.

 

What motor...OBD? What application? what set-up? what purpose? that should help to narrow it down

 

obd1 d16z6 fully built got 1300 mi. already ready 2 get it tuned

 

expect around 500 bucks as a base line depending on what u want tuned.

 

try dnr proformance in hayward

 

planing 2 use hondata s200

 

would u recomand blacktrax in milpitas? they told me its gana be around $680 w/tuning and hondata s200, is that worth it?

For walking in off the street with no hookups......Yes. Its worth it.

 

how better is neptune then hondata?

 

there are a few other places... redzone, dsr, aswell as others.

Its not better, it does most the same things for less $.

I would use Hondata, but either will work just fine.

 

there is a thread in the HT marketplace forum under Northern california, it lists shops in northern california (mainly bay area) to get your car tuned at.

 

ill go for DNR

 

Blacktrax is a great shop.

 

I would talk to different tuners and ask questions.....get the answers your looking for and go with some one you feel comfortable with....

as far as shops go....no paticular order
