I need some help here. My radio every time I pop a cd in it spits it back out and displays "E" on the screen. I can hear the mechanism search throughout the cd 3 times and then throws it out. Has anyone encountered this before? If so what did you do to correct it. I dont wanna get rid of it.

 

My ITR radio used to do that and display PE-0 once in a while. If I let it sit for a while, it will work normally.

Pull the radio fuse for a few minutes, I think that might help.

 

prob the laser inside is dirty.

 

Exactly what i was thinking. What can i use to clean it?

 

get one of the CD player cleaning kits.
