clutch is slipping..pls help

Default clutch is slipping..pls help

today my clutch started to slip. Its been 2 years since i changed my clutch. im planning to replace it but money is really low. I found a duralast clutch kit for 130.00 with lifetime warranty i was wondering if duralast is worth buying any suggestions??? and is it okay to be driving it around with the clutch slipping?? it only slips when i accelerate quick but if i dont its fine. pls. help thnks

if you can wait for the shipping time you should be able to find a new exedy clutch on ebay for about 90-100 bucks.. thats what i paid for mine but it took maybe 2 weeks to get to my door.

i got an exedy clutch off ebay for 80 bux. It said stage one, but i know for a fact it was just the oem type.

doubt there is a 'stage zero', so i'd guess that stage one means oem type too.


in a pinch, ive used LUK brand clutches from pepboys. they have them in stock and have a warranty also. pretty cheap from what i remember.

An exedy stage 1 is about $230 and grips a lot more than the oem. Exedy is a good brand and they make the oem clutches for a lot of companies. I work for mitsubishi and we have a couple cars that come with exedy clutches stock.
