to me....honestly everyone seems to do the obd0 to obd1 swap...so i would say OBD1.
thats what im doing also, OBD1 conversion, then hondata s300...

If you talk to a competent chipper, they'll tell you that it doesn't really matter what you use, P06, PR4, P08, P28, P30, and if you're using crome, even for a base map, you can disable whatever sensors you want.

p28 and p30 are both OBD1 computers.. p28 are usually a little cheaper than the p30 but not as cheap as the p06, pr4, and p08 mentioned above. Stock b16 I would run a stock p30, otherwise buy another computer and tune it.

p28 is great, but I dont think it matters which ecu of the two, since your using a standalone system anyway, and you'll be able to do custom tuning with hondata, correct me if im wrong.
