in process of building POORMANS TYPE R....have sum questions
im building my a poormans type r right this moment at the machine shop the bottom is getting finished right now but i want to know what i can use for the top end...
1. should i use the expensive valve and valve springs skunk 2 has or should i use some otha aftermarket...
2.im gonna be doing high compression so i want to know how big my injectors can be...
if any1 has done this setup of b16 head and gsr block with high com. pistons, stage to camshafts, fully rebuilt let me kno..

Probably get a lot more help if you took the time to actually spell your words, you know, make an effort to make it easy for us to read, people would probably make more of an effort to help you out.
That being said, it's been done about 20 times with great success. Don't bother with valves because the stock ones will be perfectly fine. If you have a bad day and have piston to valve contact, you will just bend an OEM valve vice shattering an aftermarket valve.
Skunk2 springs and retainers are perfectly fine. I use them in my PR3 head and turn my car to 9400 at the track with no issues and Skunk2 Stg2 cams.
What compression are you going to end up with and what cams. Header, intake mani, exhaust, and so on? Most likely you will be fine with a set of 310's and a walbro pump.

also what do you think about a bigger throttle body maybe a type r one ????
