you know that chrome trim on the 92 accords.... how do you take them apart without breaking it?????

 

A 92 accord is NOT a 'whip'

 

i took them all off myself when i had my 91 painted. it's all held down by plastic clips and some screws. i believe there are special tools but you just have to not be afraid. considering how many clips there are, i didn't break too many and you can always buy them from the dealer. however, the metal parts will bow and flex if you rough handle them and will be out of shape when reinstalled. service manual may help.
