Hello, my brake lights and horn don't work when pressed, but the door and seatbelt alarm & lights go off, this happened on the way to work this morning so i have had no time to check the fuses yet, I searched (since i don't have a fuse panel diagram) and found that the brake light and horn are on the same circuit, but is it under the dash or the hood? and would that cause this crazy problem?

It's under the dash.
I'd bet money you just blew the fuse.
I held my horn on for too long and blew the fuse once...but any number of things could have done it.

 

try the fuse box in engine bay I bet you have a blown fuse

 

I don't think there's even a fuse for that under the hood...
BUT...I could be wrong.
My point is -- It's the dash fuse that went out.
If I am wrong...I will...drive a ford for a day.
I know...harsh punishment, but I would deserve it.
