Default Please Help Bogging / Hesitating Problem

i searched a bunch and fixed all the problems they said (spark plugs, wires, fuel injectors, fuel filter, cap, rotor, but my problem is kinda different. I got a D16z6 manual, just to get that out of the way.

Problem:
When i start driving around everything feels fine but when i hit 75-80 mph on the highway my car just starts slowing down or it feels like its holding back. The only way to make it better is to full throttle it and it goes again like normal. but when i start letting go half throttle it's still there. When i stop at a light and start to go again it jerks or boggs out then when i press the accel. all the way down it launches. I stop and turn off the car for a min. or so and start it back up then the problem goes away untill i hit 75-80 mph again.

And i know i can stay under 75-80 so it doesnt happen but when driving down a highway its kinda hard not to keep up with traffic. Any suggestions will be helpful. Just try not to be mean, just want my car to be fixed. Thanks

My friend thinks it might be the TPS sensor but i would like to get your opinions also. If it was the Engine Timing being off wont it do it the whole time? not when i hit high mph?

timing most likely, vacuum leak since full throttle is fine. do full tune up, then move on to other things such as valve adjustment, PCV valve, fuel, ignition then exhaust leaks.

It was the timing. It was off just by 4 teeth. Now i have to Adjust the Distributor a bit and probably should use a timing gun for the more advance timing procedure. I did the eye method first. Hopefully everything will be perfect and wont have to worry about anything anymore.

Another Problem: When i start up my car now it revs up high 1500-2000 rpm then goes down really low like 100-300 then jump back up to 1500 and stays there till it gets warm then goes to normal 900-1000. I dont like how it goes all the way down to 200-300 because sometimes the engine dies and i have to restart it. You think this will still be the timing?
