Some background...my brother in law used to ride, and he had some left over gear (Icon helment, JR gloves and jacket) that he didn't need, so he gave it to my dad to use. Well the jacket didn't fit my dad, so he posted it up for sale on Craig's List. A week or so later a guy PM's him about it, and they meet up to make the transaction, when they meet, the bro buys the jacket and they end up talking about riding and what not, and the guy tells my dad that his church is having a group ride today and invites us along, so of course he was like hell yeah!

As some of you may remember, my friend has a 2005 600RR that I installed a Clear Alternatives tail light integrator on. He offered to pay me but I refused, and he said that instead of paying that I can ride his bike whenever, so my dad and I figured we could borrow his bike for the little ride.

Anyway, there were about 18 bikes all together, (mostly H-D ), and we rode about 60 miles to a town called Dickson where we had some lunch. Afterwards, me headed back and rode the Natchez Trace.

Had a great time, but damn I'm tired!

I still love it man, I haven't had to do any maintenence yet. After I bought it I took it to Ducati and had them check over everything and the only thing that needed to be replaced was the rear brake pad.
