Default ebay strut bar? or name brand? tight on money. same w/ pulley

ok shold i really opt for going with like a neuspeed front strut bar ... or should i just go for the ebay special? or such. i know a one peice is better than an adjustable one. anything else i should look for? they really do the same thing i know an ebay one will not be AS good but will it do the trick?

also the same for the ebay pulley kits like the bomz racing pulley. 1.35 1bs etc. or name brand?

accidently posted it...im gonna search didnt mean to post it so soon.

up to you, there's only so many ways to make a strut bar really the only things with with the strut bars is the less moveable parts the better but for $15 the ebay specials can be fine.

I wouldn't get an ebay pulley kit, I would spend money on the actual motor stuff, you can't break your car by putting on a strut bar

Really just whatever you want. If you've got a little bit of money to spend:

I just saw those and I'd love to buy the rear one off of whomever buys them lol. (I'll pay $70 + shipping for the rear)

Any of those ebay ones are fine they're all the same, I was sporting a "carbon fiber" one, really just a sticker on aluminum haha.

You're fine witha $20 one

You might be able to find a full set of Megan Racing for pretty cheap as well

i got mine for $20 on ebay shipped... but if you wanna pay an extra $30 for the color BLUE more power to ya. But the ebay ones might not fit perfectly. As mine was TOO long I had to shorten the thread to a minimum, but that still didn't work. So I took off the nuts to give it less threading and barely fitted.

no jacking, but you need to remove the corner brace bar (i'm not sure if that's what it is called) you'll understand what I mean.... you can remove that, but you can unbolt it and slide it over..

The correct way to install the front strut bar is to jack up the front of the car so that pressure is released from the shocks/stock towers. I mean you can install it without jacking up the car, but the strut bar won't have it's maximum potential.

i always thought you want the most pressure on it... so it can be as tight as possible?

im compelled to ask, what would be better, use 2 jacks or jackstands on the 2 fron side jack points
OR, just use the center jackpoint (but have jackstands in place on side point but not supporting any weight?

also i have to impose, how about getting a cheapo ebay jobber, install it properly, then mark how its supposed to fit and remove it then weld the moving parts stuck (or just do it on while on the car?

or is that rice

Well really it's just not the best metal, the one I had and used to use, the threads stripped like no other and there were metal pieces all over when I tightened it
