Default 99 civic foglights harness installation help???

i bought the fog lights on ebay a few weeks ago by K2. and i need some help installing the harness. when i ask them how to install the lights, they linked me to the instruction that passwordjdm had. the instruction are stupid and confusing. so if any one can help me hook up the harness it'll be great. below is a picture of the switch harness.

for my 5th gen, the blue harness connected to the harness that goes to the foglights...the other wire (white) clipped onto my fuse box under the dash which was the far left connector. the red wire clipped onto the number 2 connector, second from the right.

Not sure if its like this for the 6th gen, but use a volt meter to make things easier. The white should be connected to a battery source and the red is connected to the light switch. And black is ground.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

I see a yellow wire there but I can't make out the connector.

The white wire connects to #3 or #4 accessory slots on the fusebox. If you hook up that wire to #1, you risk leaving your fogs on and draining your battery. The red wire connects to #2, which is your switched power. Blue wire probably connects to the wire that runs to your foglight harness.
