Default exhaust building 304 stainless, which is better sch10 or sch40

Which of these are better for a downpipe and exhaust?

ace stainless has a sch10 3 inch but says its 3.2 inner diameter and the sch40 has a 3 inch inner, which I want. the price difference is a a about 12 dollars more a foot for sch40.

anyone make suggestions?

Apparently not old enough to understand that exhaust tubing is tubing, not F-ing pipe. Try reading any exhaust fab/reseller's website.

Well, I guess one plus to a sch40 exhaust is the fact that it will last longer than the car. And that whole scraping thing? Not an issue.

pipes are for plumbing !!! The reason everyone uses piping for manifolds is
1. stainless pipe fittings are cheap.
2. you can get the pipe in sch40 which is hella thick and is less prone to cracking.
Real race exhausts and headers are made from tubes not pipes.

Just out of curiosity.. Do you own the shop or work there? You seem very incompetent about fabrication work and should not be on here asking questions like these if you truely want people to come to you for work.
