Default ACT XXTREME clutch feel?

I have the six puck act xxtreme clutch (rated at 480tq) in my dd/turbo car and ive been driving the car for awhile now having to rev the engine to 2500 or higher rpm to get the car moving or else it stalls. Whenever i shift gears, its hard to get a smooth engagement without any vibrations. Is this normal?

Yes the car made 450hp at 15 psi and 300 tq. I'll be turning up the boost in the future. I just want to know of the clutch engagement is normal on my xxtreme clutch.

its normal your going to get vibrations and of course its heavy duty it isn't some flimsy ****... if its new then after the 500 mile break in everything kind of sets in and the pedal feel will be different also after you drive it for about 300 miles out of the 500 .. basically the vibrations are normal and about the 2500 rpms .. if its new there is minimal slip also there is already minimal slip because of what it is .. just break it in.. everything you described sounds like a new clutch
