Suspension and header questions, year is 00

Ok a buddy just got through lowering the car, with springs, I also have a off name brand CAI. also a x brace for the front.

I was wondering do the FSTB make a difference? Also with the CAI is there any cleareance problems.

Does a header make any real power? if so what are the good brands? or does it flow pretty good from the factory. car year is a 2000.

Im looking for a little more power, and suspension upgrades.

I did search but I keep getting wheel upgrades and hard top ?'s

Speaking of the hard tops how much do those thing run?

Front STBs make a noticeable difference on AP1(00-03) models.

You said "off name brand CAI", so without having an idea of what it looks like, I cannot determine clearance problems. None of the availably intakes have any problems besides fitment (Comptech) and water ingestion (AEM).

If real power is 5hp by itself, then yes.

Hardtops run about $2700 to $7000, depending on brand, style, and material.
