Default Question about aluminum racing pedals

There are these aluminum racing pedals on ebay and other places, and my question is, how do u install those over your oem rubber pedal covers?

Anyone use these kinds of pedals and how do you like them? Do they slip more easily because they are metal and not rubber because im thinking about getting a set

remove the rubber covers first. some are held in place with metal tabs and double sided tape. other's you have to drill into the stock pedals and use nuts and bolts.
