how much are those guns a piece? couple benjamins?
i got a sweet deal at oriellys...one primer 1.7 tip and one base/clear 1.4 tip for $100
i will also be buying a 1.0 tip mini touch up gun from menards...on sale for $35. and it's JDM BLUE!
I dont paint often enough / professionally to know the difference..never used a SATA though. I would def. like to see the difference.

Would you guys say that a $100-150 HVLP gun would work fine for my paint job? Not gonna turn it into a living so not really interested in shelling out $600+ for a gun. I want something that will be decent but not make the paint look like crap or whatever.
Thanks!

You sir shall be fine. Just practice a lot with whatever gun and material you choose. If your not happy with your practice panels/ tests, change. Thats what will yield the better job as far as your spray technique/ set-up.
