Was it your first time at the track with the car? Did you drive?

Your 60ft not that bad...but your MPH really sucks if you do have 617WHP. You should be around 6.9-7.0 et and around 110MPH with that kind of power.

not my first time at this track.. Each week times are improving as im getting the feel of the car and the gears.... I know i can hit a lower 7 on a good run, that is if i dont miss shift and ****!

Jerry ran the 7.2 without doing a burnout, they didnt wet the floor for it!

With that kind of power, there is no doubt that the motor was put together correct, but why not invest in an ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM such as MOTEC or AEM etc . You would enjoy your ride more cuz you or your tuner would have control of all that wheel spin to transfer power to the trach which will in turn shows with a better time slip.

Good job

102mph is good for low 7s. Turbodav, on here, went 7.16 @ 102mph with 16psi(around 400whp).

Just get out there and practice. You'll get there. Your 60fts'are great.

60's decent but 330 is 4-4.5 tenths off. is it spinning or do you need to put more power down after first?

Something is not right with your car.

My car is 2600lbs with me in it and traps 97mph in the 1/8 with 398whp.

The mph seems low, it could be because of the staged boost. My car with 550whp weighting 2550 usually traps 110-111 mph in the 8th.

Is it just me, or does nobody out in Cali do the 1/4? What's up with the 1/8 stuff?

Only local track for me is Irwindale and it only has the 1/8. Believe me if i had easy access to a 1/4 mile track i'd be there at least twice a week.

I'm still getting the feel of the car including the launch so i should hit better numbers as i progress... I know i'll hit a good 1/4 mile because my setup is all top end power!

If you don't go fast in the 1/8th, you won't go fast in the 1/4. You can pretty much figure your 1/4 mile times by the 1/8th times. There's a lot more fluctuation in the first 1/8th mile than there is in the 2nd.

MPH seems way off.

although if 600whp equals 102mph, then what am I putting out at 24psi when i ran 105mph?

looks like you are having the same issues I am, getting the power down to get the 330 lower.

600whp should get you well over 110 in the 1/8th.

What clutch are you running? Is it slipping?

I was thinking the same thing.

Also have you ever had the car on a different dyno then the one originally tuned on?
