Good Turbo Kit

Is this a good turbo kit for running about 7 psi, on a jdm h22a with stock internals?

The wastegate placement on that manifold is horrible. Other than that, it looks somewhat decent but I have no experience with this kit.

Looks like its prime placement for a boost spike...or maybe that would be on the runners...
