Back seat skin swap?
I'm trying to find out if I can take a CTR rear seat, take the fabric (or cloth) off and use it to replace the one on a 2000 EX coupe? I've tried searching, and got little to no feedback as to if a CTR rear will even fit in the back of a coupe. So I guess if this can work then that is what I will do.
You cannot use a CTR seat skin on any USDM civic seat, let alone a coupe.
CTR seats have a bucketed rear bench and a 50/50 split, whereas USDM civic hatch seats all have flat bench's.
Coupes have a wider slightly bucketed bench and a 60/40 split. You can't even use CTR seats at all in your car. If you want to do a "Type R" seat swap, you'll have to use DB8 Integra Type-R 4-door seats. They're expensive, and hard to find.
So, long answer made short:
No.

you actually can put the "skin" of a ctr rear seat on the "shell" of a dx hatch. i will post some pics soon. only the back of the rear, not the bottom though.
but as far as a coupe is concerned... hell no, even a db8 is not going to fit right in. it takes a fare amount of customizing.
