Probably blockage in the pathway for heat. I am going based off what I knew about my Integra, but there was a pathway for the radiator fluid that ran through the throttle body, and I believe that had to do with providing heat (warming up the incoming air). I am guessing you have some sort of blockage in the throttle body there.

If you know someone mechanically inclined, they could easily take a look by removing the throttle body. Before though, I would suggest getting the Service Manual which will show you what I am talking about.

Otherwise, take it to the Stealer-ship and they will take care of it for you.

is the auto climate control working properly? (IE when you change settings for airflow, they work and there are no error codes when you run the self test)

Could it be the thermostat? Drive it around for a while.

if the system is low on freon the heater will not work and only outside air will flow. need to check that first to see if the air temp changes and if it does now then their most likely a leak in the system very common with the honda and acura line that use climent control.
their is no such blockage that the last guy was speaking of that would effect the heater and since the tl is on the fly throttle you can zero that out.

one very common problem is the airmix motor under the center right side of the dash. The little motors usually make a grinding noise and fail staying stuck and not giving a tempereature change. I've replaced many of these when I worked at Acura before starting my own business.

it does. I went out at lunch and checked the anti-freeze level in the rad- that was at the neck, the overflow was fine as well.
went out all weekend and the heat was perfect.
Im wondering if my thermostat might be going bad, maybe giving me a warning.
appreciate the response, thanks much.

x2. Very common issue on TL's from this era.
