No for sure way unless you take the valve cover off and do some inspecting. Hopefully there is some kind of indentification marking on said parts.

Take off the valve cover and look at some pictures of said products online vs their stock counterparts.

By the way, your *** dyno should really be able to tell if you have Blox B's.

Smell your exhaust fumes, if they have a japanese herbs and sage smell it's definately highly modded.

Find a picture of the parts from the manufacturer, Take off the valve cover and expletive look. How else do you think you're going to be able to tell?

Then it depends on what you're using the car for.

Competition is going to be a little harder to daily drive. And more wear.

Try some product reviews.
