i have read how to reset the srs light but....

Default i have read how to reset the srs light but....

how do you pin point the problem? It's been on since i bought the car last year in Feb. It's a 96 Civic DX D16Y7 only intake and header on it.Any info on how to find it would help. Thanks guy. Yall are the shiznit!

to my understanding you can jump the service connector like you do for a CEL and there are codes for the srs system too

just take the bulb out.. i dunno..thats just what i did.. i dont know if thats the best solution..but it worked for me

my srs light has been on for about three years now. i just disconnected the yellow wiring harness in the back of the gage cluster.

see that's what i don't want to do. i drive around with two kids. I just want to find the problem and solve it.

One thing to check that's pretty common, there's a seatbelt connector plug under your seat that could have gotten unplugged from random ish getting under there. Happens to me sometimes. Plug it back in if it's unplugged and that could solve your problem.

Hope that's your problem, would make it an easy fix.
