DC2 Side Mirrors on EK or EM...

DC2 Side Mirrors on EK or EM...
Do the DC2 mirrors fit on an EK or EM??? I've seen it on some cars, but I wasn't sure if it was a straight up fit or some modification was done to make them fit. Thanks. & YES I DID SEARCH FOR IT.

It's possible to make them fit by drilling new holes in the mounting plate on the door, but I think the front tip will be too sharp to match the door's contour.
