help car smoking!

Default help car smoking!

whats up guys. ok i have a huge prob. i have a 95 integ and is smoking bad. also it smells bad also. my compression is 180 and i have no idea what the problem could be can someone help me please

is the smoke coming out from the exhaust or from under the hood.

where is it smoking from? what colour smoke? what does it smell like? hows your oil level? coolant?

the smoke is comming from the exhaust and is bluish at first then it turns like a grey or blak color at higher rpm's and lags power at 2500 and 3500 tremendously. it feels slow all in all

first off your in the wrong section, you should have posted it in the integra section and not the civic/del sol one, but as to your problem, it could be a few things, most likely one is you could have bad piston rings and its burning the oil, or you caoul have bad valve stem seal... how many miles are on the engine and pull your spark plugs out and see if they are covered in oil or if they are dry...

ok i cleaned the throtle body and no smoking any more but still laging in gears but i just remembered that i adjusted a coolant sensor before and i have a feeling that it is adjusted wrong. it is right below the throtle body with two hoses coming from it
