guys, i really need some quick help with this one... i need to get my car smogged in the next 7 days because i'm moving and need to take the car with me. the car was given a gross polluter status (i neglected to warm up the cat before going in...) so now i need to have it smogged at one of those full smog stations (can't think of the term just now).

most recently i had it smogged and it passed emissions well within limits, but it fails on the system malfunction light test. the cel wasn't even on when it failed... anyway, i do get a cel every so often. it's a code 14 (iacv). i've gone through all the checks for the iacv and everything passes. i even replaced the iacv, but to no avail. i've also checked the wiring, and replaced the pcm with another... still no luck.

the setup is a b16a2 in a 99 ex.

so, i need help with fixing this cel and passing smog. any would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
