Default 06-07 si muffler

You guys think this will fit on an ek hatch?

Looking for a quiet oem muffler for my hatch.

Any suggestions?

Well, what if the canister is too long or the tip doesnt reach?

Any othe rpossibilities? i've considered a Gsr muffler but I read One of Bauleycivic's posts where the tip will be too short.

I dont know about the ek but on eg hatch you will have to cut the gsr stock muffler because it's too long.

A muffler shop can fix all the little details. I'm just worried about the length of the canister and the positioning of the axle-side entrance of the pipe into the muffler.

I was going to put one on my EG, but didn't like the oval tip. Going to swap it with an EX round tip tomorrow. Will try to put it on this summer. Only thing that worries me is the inlet is far to the left of the muffler while the best location should be to the right.

That's what I was worried about with the inlet.

Do you think it would be hard to find an Ex/si muffler with a tip?

Basically all I want is an oem muffler with a stainless tip.

I meant 99-00 ex/si mufflers. Probably the easiest fit.
Preferably something i could find in my local junkyard.

Gsr mufflers will be easy to find, perhaps even a type-r muffler.

Ex muffler it that's all I can find.
