Default GDa*n Radiator Problems, anyone? (Long story)

Started 2 weeks ago. I decided it was time to flush the radiator system. What came out is almost undescribable. I refilled the system with fresh coolant/water mixture. I reinstalled the a/c fan last week (Hooked it up to the pos/neg from the regular fan so that when the 1st kicks on, they both kick on (2x the cooling baby, hellz yeah)). Anyways, it was a little tricky to get it in there with my DC Sports 4-2-1 header, but it fit.

When I got to work today I backed my car in its designated parking spot (Right in the shade, as usual), and started to walk in the door. I turned around to admire my baby as I flung open the door to the parts store, and my stomach crinched as I saw the drip drip coming from my cross member. As quickly as the coolant/water leaked from my radiator urine started running down my leg. I ran to my car, not knowing whether I was going to have to perform CPR or call an ambulance.

It turns out that when installing the 2nd fan, I bent some fins and started rubbing the radiator. Today (track day, of all days), it decided to rub a hole in the middle of the radiator. I put some metal epoxy on it, and put some radiator stop leak from my store in it. The leak is gone, but I am overheating like crazy now. It runs cool as long as I am cruising, but if I stop the temp guage shoots right up there. I have a new thermostat and bottom radiator hose (For both, all of $7.00 (Did I mention how I love working at a parts store BTW, everything at 10% above wholesale ).

Anyone (Besides me) think that when putting in the radiator stop leak/refilling the radiator after it had leaked that I might have killed the thermostat and that is what is causing this? The fan is kicking on, and it's not sucking any water out of the overflow tank. The overflow tank is bubbling just a little bit though (Like this... bubble...3 seconds...bubble...2 seconds...bubble...3 seconds...bubble...2 seconds...bubble...get it?)

NEWays, any suggestions?

Cliffnotes: Flushed coolant last week & installed new fan, new fan rubbed hole in radiator but patched it up today. Added radiator stop leak and leak stopped. Refilled system and now overheating when going under 2mph.

****Update****

After getting home and letting the car cool down a little bit, I notice that the overflow tank is now empty. I must have hit an air pocket and need to refill. I am going to go ahead and replace the bottom hose/thermostat since I have them and will flush the system again.

The thermostat housing, on the engine? Just follow the lower radiator hose, where it stops, thermostat housing!!
