j/w if turbo legal in ca, cuz some people say it ok n some say no... so i j/w (4 CIVIC)

Is it legal? Yes.

Will it pass smog...prob not.

I think you can get away with the Greddy or Edelbrock kit easily though. Just piece together a kit...theres millions of people on here who live in Cali (me not being one of them) who are boosted.

Were fucked here, if its not Carb legal its not legal at all. So far only 2 kits i know of is Edelbrock and Greddy. My choice would be Edelbrock if you choose between those 2.
