Default Dent above rear wheel well, help =(

I'm not very good with anything detailing with dents, and stuff. So I come to you.

I've had a dent above my driver side rear wheel well. It isn't just right in the middle though, it went all the way down to where the wheel well is. It ended up bugging me to the point of trying to finally getting it out, so first I took the inside of my car apart trying to find where it was, which I did. I then marked it, then tried popping it out, but to no avail. It just popped right back in. So then I tried kind of getting it away from the edge of my wheel well, and I accidently cracked the paint. Damn it.. i'm pretty much done messing with it, because I don't wanna screw my car up more, so i've basically come here for any help or advice. I've even tried that Ding King thing on it too, no luck. Could a PDR guy get the job done, without drilling holes all up in my car? Sorry the pictures are so repetitive, I tried getting different shots of it, but it just all looks the same. Hopefully you get the idea. There's more of a dent in there, it just can't really be seen in this picture.

TIA.

Read that thread already, thanks though.

I've also tried alot of things listed in there, along with the Compressed Air upside down & blowdryer method. No luck.

i have worse damage than than in the same spot and was quote $1500 to fix it, including detrimming/painting that half of my car, or just $500 for dent removal. I've gotten quotes as low as $300.

Well i can see old filler underneath. So the only way to fix it is to sand all the cracked body filler out. Then start over

If you want a really nice job, its recommended to try pulling the dent out as much as you can. GL

I couldn't get a good pic! Every damn angle I tried had sun glaring on it, so it wouldn't show the dent. I'll get her inside tonight, and get a pic up of the dent hopefully.

And i've tried pulling it out harmonator. Tried pushing it out from the inside too, just pops right back in.

Thats because the metal is now too weak. Even if you put bondo on it overtime that will pop out too. You need to heat the area up to shrink the metal back into place.

I was quoted $2000 from a local body shop. The panel is huge, wrapping the rear tire into the lower bumper, and extending over side windows. Anyone ever repair this panel before? Am I forced to have the entire panel replaced? Is it possible to pop it back out from the interior?

bumping a 6 yr old thread.

looks like there is a crease which will prevent being able to just pop it out

Quarter panel doesn't need to be replace. A competent bodyman can easily repair the dent. Any small bodywork done through a shop is usually expensive due to overhead ($2000 quote u got).

Go and get several quotes from different bodyshops. It can be fix but you have to know what you're doing...It depends on your budget and situation.
