Default Transmission or CV Axle?

I have a 91 integra with a complete gsr swap. I was driving down the road and all of the sudden my car started feeling like it was dragging like i was going through dirt, but I wasn't. Then it got better. A little while later it started making a clicking noise when I would give it gas, let off the gas, or shift. Well I decided to take it home and it started ticking more and more. I turned into my neighborhood and right before I pulled into my drive way it locked up and skidded to a stop. I am not sure what it would have been. It was running fine until now. Would it have something to do with the transmission (hopefully not) or the cv axle.

It sucks because I was just about to sell my car to this guy and I didn't think there was anything wrong then all the sudden bam it breaks. Mine is locked up. It will roll forward and backward like a foot and then stop and it will still go in gear. Oh well **** happens.
