dc is crap...its the same as megan. i would go with megan...same as dc but a fraction of the price. you want see much gains...just save that 200.00 you would spend and save up to get a nice header thats dyno proven...like rmf.

agreed, I had alot of luck with my megan header on my H23, alot more low end torque. But it doesnt really help that much on my JDM H22. I'll sell you a used one for H23 75 bucks

damn that what ive been trying to tell these clowns..your not going to see any gains with a dc header...i have one on both of my cars. save your money not unless you want to blow 350.00 just to say you have one and bc it looks better than stock. save your money and get a rmf header. they cost a pretty penny but you will see the difference..and as far as street legal you will be fine as long as you have a cat on your car..

DC, Megan, OBX, Neuspeed, etc. all those "name brand" companie's headers are the same. It's 2" and a stock replacement. It is more benificial for the H23 since it comes stock with an exhaust manifold and is designed differently than the stock H22 header. Best thing to do for optimum gains is get a custom header. I have a Megan header on my H23, it's alright, worth the $166 I spent on it but any more and Idda kept my stock one. It's built better than DC IMO, and a fraction of the cost.
If you want gains, save for RMF or SMSP. DC is garbage, especially for the cost.
As far as smog legal, I don't think Megan is but you may wanna double check that. I don't have emissions here so I never thought about it.

what i dont get is how everyone thinks rmf etc are so expensive? 1g for a part that will put 10whp alone is a steal for that price. These are cars!! not toys you cheap out on.

yeah some of these rich punk kids got it all though , they don't have to even ask. last time i had 3 grand to sink in a turbo a relative died. if thats the case, my whole family plus extended need to kick the bucket in order to put down 220 hp if we all bought the most expensive stuff (thinking automaticially that the more expensive, the better the product, and we all know the true true reality of that concept) Design is everything and for the money megan for 2.3L is probably the best bang for your doller in reality

The SMS site looks way too sketch. It looks realy cheap, some of the text blends together. You can't enlarge the dyno graphs for some reason, also they did the dyno runs on already modified engines, that can result with better numbers. And last but not least, there are spelling errors every where on that site, it's like they got a 4th grader to type their **** up.

Wel if you're going the cheap route, I personally don't trust anything OBX but that's just me. Megan is your best bang for the buck unless you're looking for max power, then SMSP or RMF.
