Default FFFFF! UCA PROBLEM!?

I purchased a set of Omni Power upper camber arms for my 97 dc2 gsr from Intec Racing (who were cool as hell for driving them out to me! Thanks Mike!!). Upon installation they for some reason did not clear the insides of the fender wells! They seem to be too long.. the part number on the box has been verified with Omni that they "should" be the right part. Baring that the wrong arms were in the box, can anyone give me a suggestion as to why they dont fit right. They apper to be about an inch maybe longer than the stock arms. Has anyone else faced this problem?
Thanks-

that sounds kinda odd....you sure dont have the left and right sides mixed up?

has the front end of your car ever been in an accident?

I am absoultly sure they are on the correct side, and I have owned the car since new and have never had an accident-

I might have your solution. If you look at your first pic, you seem to have adjustable anchor bolts. It is probably these anchor bolts that are pushing the arm out into the fender. With the new arms, you want the adjustment at the ball joint.

So, loosen the lower nut on the adjustable anchor bolts and adjust the arm as far as it will go back towards the car. Then use the adj ball joint on the arms to dail in your camber setting. Or am I trippin?

yeah you should be using the factory upper control arm bolts that go into the shock tower.

yeah- right on, went back out into the garage last night to take one last look and then it dawned on me, the anchor bolts are camber adjustable -no DUH right!? I tried adjusting them as much as I could , but still didnt clear. I have been searching high and low for stock ones and no one can get them for some reason let alone sell me some! The dealer (along with a few other shops) told me they only sell them with new control arms..which I dont need (like im the only one who has ever asked for that part!?!). Off to the salvage yard in the Am-
