I have the same problem, but I haven't changed the sensors. I don't want to H.J. the thread, but could it be possible to clean the sensors somehow without replacing them to not throw the abs light?
Thanks....

pull the abs code by jumpering out the service connector behind the cd player, then turn the key to the on position and read the coad. My guess is that its a "1" being "ABS pump motor overrun"

mine has the same problem and I believe the only way to fix it is to bleed the abs very carefully and get the motor running again. The bleed screw is very deep down on the motor so Im not to sure on how to get an open end wrench on it .

Yea I had the same problem, to fix it, just how it was posted earlier, you guyz need to bleed the ABS system, check your 93 handbook to know how to bleed the system the correct way, after you bleed the system, take out the clock fuse to reset the system. After that refill the reservoirs and turn on the car, and then turn it off after a few seconds, and then turn the car on and leave it on for a while.

I hope this works for you guys.

Also check the ABS fuses

no.23 - ECU
no.13 - meter
no.9 - R/C mirror

as well as check the case ground on the abs control unit for corrosion

The abs system has main and sub codes, make sure you use the conecter on the lower drivers side of the center console

speed sensors are notorious for failing and they automatically cause abs to trip. if one sensor fails abs will cut out. speed sensors a pita because it could be 1 of 4 or maybe even all of them.
