Default Just a quick question (pedals)

Alright so i purchased Project Mu sport pedals only the clutch and brake, problem here is that the 2 sizes of bolts they gave don't work very well. One size is to small doesn't fit over rubber stubs? lol and the other size is to long and it hits the carpet and would eventually would chew up the carpet. So the real question here sorry for the delay is that i noticed that the pedals are in 3 pieces starting with the base then the rubber and then a top plate i also noticed that they have either 3 rivets or some weird kind of bolt that i cant figure out what kind. So any idea on how to get them apart? If i could get the rubber out of the middle the small bolts would work perfect. Help would be very appreciated. Thx

I am a firm believer that you can fix anything with JBWeld and a Dremmel...

It is strong stuff as long as you follow the directions for curing and preperation... Once it is done hardening it can be tapped, grinded, anything... It does grind a bit easier then metal but it is definitely strong stuff... I used it on an intake manifold once while re-shaping the runners and never had a problem with it... I also made some fog light side view mirrors out of the stuff and never had problems with it...

There were a lot of people that said it could not be done with JB weld, HA!
Start to finish, those took two days to make...
