Injen MR Technology
(on the si's)
I was reading up on intakes, and how everyone seems to use an Injen these days, and I actually trust the brand myself my brother used it on his s2k, anyways..
Were all the dyno graphs and examples here posted using the "MR" technology? I can specifically remember one instance where a person used a short ram (which I know doesn't included the MR technology) but this MR technology seems to stabilize the a/f ratio because I remember most graphs show our cars run rich, and then the guy dropped a bit under lean with the cai, and then he went massively low with the DCRH and a catback. Now injen doesn't claim massive gains with this intake but I think it will do well for 2-3 hp, and some good stability and better gas mileage.
You can even see on the website, they only claim 1-2 hp with their dynos. That made me sit back and say "wow" because most websites (especially aem) try to claim huge horsepower gains with their intakes, and finally one of them seemingly is truthful about it.
oh yea heres the link. http://www.injen.com/docs/other/mrtechnology.asp

I am specifically asking about opinions on the "MR" technology intakes (I'm sorry don't mean to be a douche) I wasn't asking about whether or not you were happy with your injen intake (which I'm sure you are they are great intakes)
well my guess would be no, most of us aren't using the new "MR" technology. The pics on that link look a lil different than most of the installed intake pics I've seen plus I couldn't find our model on this page:
http://www.injen.com/docs/prod...cc=is
(scroll down a bit and you'll find a list of all the MR intakes available)
You can find it for the ep3, but not the fg2 (or any FG or FA's for that matter)
