took butteryflys off, how do i take off the bar?

Default took butteryflys off, how do i take off the bar?


unscrewed the butterflys off my IM, how do i take off the lil bar that runs across it?

its either a screw or a c clip (i cant remember) that you take off from the outside the you pull them out.

well on one side its like the spring like on the throttle body and the other side is just a solid looking peice

ya knock that little cap off of that side and it should be a screw or clip

pull it off with pliers or pry it off with a flat screw driver. then pull the other side out with some pliers or something like that.

i just beat the **** out of mine and cut it up and it fell apart eventually

Remove the TPS sensor, take the cable pulley off the other end, and the bar slides out where the TPS goes.

just the bar that held the butterfly vavles, not the while plate. i already un-screwed all the butterflies off

I'm not exactly sure how that bar comes out, but I can tell you this, it would be much easier to just leave the plate out.
