Default installing takata harness into an ej8?

not sure if this is the right place to ask but...

just bought a pair, good deal also. all i have is a gutted rear waiting for stuff to happen in the back. what materials am i going to need to install these harnesses? any bars..cages etc. is there a cheap way without having to install a cage or anything? thanks in advance guys! btw theyre going on a set of ctr recaros

you can just buy a harness bar for your car ,or make your own ,its not to hard

also, i think i read on here from Safe Drives that 4pt harnesses are not legal at the track or on the street b/c it does prevent submission which can occur in a front end collision where the driver slides out of the seat to some extent. crotch belt ftw.
