Cut off switch for a relocated battery, required by some racing associations if you've got a vehicle running under a certain 1/4 time. I'm sure there's other reasons for it...but that's the one I know.

In want to do remote battery terminals now.
The switch i'm not so sure on. Rednecks in my town would be flipping it on/off all the time.

You really don't need to. The owner posted them just like that, and if he had cared about that issue he would've blurred them out himself.

if you are worried about someone turning off the switch then what would stop someone from putting a wrench accross the two terminals and starting your car on fire. or a piece of zero gauge wire?
So Should people cover their plates all the time because people in general will see it anywhere anyways. Whats the difference seeing it online or on the street. Just my opinion.

I would think the difference is on here you can probally find out what the veh has in it possible even what kind of alarm.
see if its worth finding out where he lives.
vs on the street someone may see you looking at the car and scoping it out.
I would think if the owner posted it w/o removing plates than you wouldnt be to blame.
