And I know the title is post "yours" but there really is nothing spectacular out there that really sets apart from anyone else like you can in the 6th gen. But I saw this guy's from fgcoupe and made me wonder how much weight did he actually save you konw. I like it though, looks clean!!

Passenger + rear seats and a bunch of carpet isn't going to be a "couple HUNDRED" pounds.

Actually, I think that front seat is easily over 100lbs. so carpet, interior panels and rear seat would only have to make up another 100lbs for the couple (meaning 2) hundred pounds ley was talkin' about.

200lbs is probably about right

I guess why would you do that with a brand new car? I think a gutted hatch or something older would be better.

Blue rocket, does your V1 cord bug the hell out of you?? I hated my cord stretching over my dash like that. Obviously, you know that the power cord is just an ordinary phone cord, right. If you go to Radio Shack, they have straight black phone cords. I got one about 8-10 feet long, removed the lower panel below the steering wheel by your feet, ran the cord into the plastic separation below the plug, over top the panel, into the black seal around the door, then into the front of the headliner, finally the wire pops out in front of the mirror. It had NO effect on the sensitivity of my V1, only 6-8 inches of visible wire, and now it is barely visible right under the mirror.

I HATE those auger boots, my opinion, no need to get frazzled. I'm waiting for the 08 CTR boot... but yes, CH are so much better than the lightweight Voodoo *****. The only thing that is neat about Voodoo is that they can be engraved. Once you try both ***** you'll know what i'm talking about.

BTW, sorry for cluttering up this post with my replies!
