maintenance required?
I have a 2001 Honda Accord with a little over 48000 miles on it. i just had the 45000 mile check done on it and every thing was in tip top shape. the other day i got her up to 110 mph and the maintenance required light came on. i cant tell a difference in the way it drives theres no funny noises does any one know what it might be?
nah its fine. I think to remove that light it.
with the key at the off position, hold the selector ****(right ****) down. Hold it down for approx 10 secs? Then while holding it down, turn the key to run. Keep holding it until the light is gone.
The mechanic prob forgot to reset the light. This clearing the light steps are inside your manual too.

1. Hold down Trip Reset button. (No need to wait for next step.)
2. Turn key to "ON" (do NOT crank).
3. Continue to hold the Trip Reset button until light turns off (20 or more seconds).
