I have an 89 civic LX sedan, car turns over but wont start. The ECU isn't getting any power so no codes, and check engine light wont turn off and fuel pump doesn't prime. Also, the fourth fuse under the hood is blown, and blows every time i try to replace it. Problem started when jumping the car, car was idling and when I went to pull the cables off the negative battery cable came off with it, then fell back onto the battery.

Any ideas one where i can start to fix this problem?

 

you fried some wires and somthing is grounding out you need to start look and following wires and replace the fried wires basically you need to do some trouble shooting
