Default Wiring harness questions

Ok, I currently have an f22a1 motor in right now and I plan on dropping an h22 or h23 still undecided as of right now... But im wondering if the engine harnesses are the same or if each one is different from the other. Just wondering b/c I don't know if I need to start saving up money for one or not, if it can just be re-wired well that would solve my question. Any info would be appreciated thanks.

If you want to put an H22 in your car.

Options
1. Use an F22a1 engine harness and add wiring for vtec, knock sensor, aibs, some plugs like the o2 will need extended and a couple others.

2. Use an H23 engine harness and add wiring for vtec.( this i what i did)

3. Use an H22 engine harness.
