No one will be able to answer that for you. You bought a generic POS coilover set from ebay. In all honesty, you probably hurt your car's handling a lot too.
My advice: get rid of it and save up for a decent set-up.

Wow, you're special
Camber is not going to do much to eat up your tires. They got worn out because you did not get your toe aligned after you put that POS set of coil-overs on. Yes, it's true.

Ahahaha...well, there are 3 things that you need to be concerned with as far as wheel alignment:
-Camber: you know that, vertical angle of the wheel
-Caster: How far front or back the wheel is from the centerline of the suspension...like the 'casters' on a shopping cart.
-Toe: How straight forward the wheels are pointing. If the toe is off on 1 wheel, it will be pointing in a different direction from the other one and not straight forward. So it'll be sliding across the pavement in some spots rather than rolling. Not good
That's what makes the tires wear...

You really messed up when you bought cheap *** ebay coilovers. You should never go cheap on suspension since that's what you car pretty much depends on other than the motor, when driving around. May as well throw those away and get a better suspension setup

Yeah honestly. If you have the smarts to get your car down to a 13 1/4, then one would expect you to know how suspension works. camber is not going to tear the **** out of your tires, and also everyone knows the first thing you do after you put on a new suspension is to get an alignment. The rule number 1, unless you plan on doing more to your suspension. then you're allowed by ricer law to drive it around for a while before adding more goodies to your sus. sys., and afterward you drive straight to the shop to get a good alignment, then you can go have fun turning onto your street going 60. Its just the rules dude.
